
We offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee on all Cuisinart appliances. If an appliance that you
receive from us is damaged or
defective, call our toll-free number and we will ship a replacement immediately and we will pay to
have UPS pick up the damaged or defective item. If you are unhappy with an item, you may send
it back for a refund of the purchase price and the original shipping charge. If you need to return an
item that is not damaged or defective you must call us to request a return authorization number which
must be written on the outside of the shipping carton. The return authorization number makes it
possible for us to credit your account immediately when the item arrives at our warehouse. Our
warehouse staff is not allowed to accept delivery of any packages that do not have a return authorization
number visible on the outside of the package.
Please Note: Accessories and replacement parts may not be returned for refund - this is because we are unable
to return accessories and replacement parts to the manufacturer. However, defective accessories and
replacement parts will be replaced.
